Lovely room Fishponds Bristol (Mon-Fri preferred)

Hello. I have a furnished double room available in Fishponds, Bristol from Mon midday to Fri midday, ideal for a professional or mature student working locally. Good location with bus links into city centre nearby and lots of cafes/shops a short walk away. Room for on road parking outside.

You would have the house to yourself, including the garden, Mon-Fri as I’ll be working in London and returning home at the weekends. Not suited for someone working from home during the day, I’m looking for a tidy, responsible person who would like a chilled place to stay after work Mon-Fri.

All bills included (inc. broadband) hoping to get a cleaner organised soon to come in once a week. Available from May 15th 2024. If you’re interested in viewing the room please give me a shout.

For the right person I’d be willing to consider a full term 7 days a week let should that be preferred and the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
