The area has very good transports links, District lines, C2C, overground, bus 325 or 266 takes you two stops 10 minutes to galleons shopping mall etc.

- 10 mins walk to barking station
- By train, from Barking Station, 14 minutes from Westfield City, 16 minutes from the O2, 18 minutes from Canary Wharf and 24 minutes to The City.

This flat is new build and it is the first time the room will be let out - it is immediately available to move in with towels and duvet etc. But please kindly note this flat will not be suitable for professional who works from home.

The Bed is handmade by Suenobed, mattress by Brooke and Wilde, dresser from Antique.

The flat is tastefully decorated, Carpet from Calvin Klein, Custom made Kitchen Islander, airfryer, nespresso ,machine etc.

The room includes all the bills, cleaning, also includes Netflix, PrimeVideo.

We also have a shared patio/garden on the podium downstairs.
