I have a double room to rent as one of the 3 flatmates is moving out in May.
The townhouse is part of the filaments residents and has access to the gym, terraces and communal working area etc. it is located 1 minute walk from Salford central station and 3 minute walk into spinning fields/city centre.
The townhouse also comes with its own private balcony on the 2nd floor as well as the patio on the first floor.
Myself and the other tenant are between ages 24-27 and both work throughout the week. We are looking to renew the tenancy so need a housemate to confirm details asap with the tenancy starting 24/06/24 with option to move in slightly before this day if needed.
